Judith Levine is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience in the fields of public international law, foreign investment, and commercial contracts. She brings valuable insight from her work in both private practice and for public institutions.
Judith is currently acting as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and co-panellist in disputes at the International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. She is also a Vice President of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, a member of the Commonwealth Secretariat Arbitral Tribunal and Australia’s National Sports Tribunal.
Judith has worked on arbitrations in a variety of contexts and industries. These include oil and gas, renewable energy, transport and aviation, telecommunications and satellites, agriculture and forestry, pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, construction, sports, labour and disciplinary matters, law of the sea, and international sale of goods.
