International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delegate List
An attendee list will be supplied to all attendees including sponsors. If you do not wish to have your details on the delegate list please ensure you indicate this on your registration form.

Dietary Requirements
Please note any dietary requirements when registering for the conference. If you have purchased additional tickets for accompanying guest(s), please also indicate their requirements under your registration record. All dietary requirements will be forwarded to the venue.

All details are correct at the time of publication. AMPLA reserves the right to change the program and functions at any time without notice.

Opinions expressed by speakers in their papers and during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of AMPLA.

Dress Code
The dress code throughout any face to face event is business or smart casual. The dress code for networking functions is indicated in the function description on the event page.

Unauthorised photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in event sessions.

GST Information
The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a broad-based ten percent tax included in the shelf price of most Australian goods and services. The Tourist Refund Scheme allows international travellers to claim a GST refund (subject to certain conditions) on goods purchased in Australia. The refund only applies to items worn or goods taken on board as hand luggage when leaving the country.

Immigration Information
Travellers to Australia need a valid passport or similar certificate of identification. Everyone, except travellers with Australian and New Zealand passports, requires a visa. You may ask your travel agent for advice or to have them organise your visa.

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither AMPLA nor International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the event or for theft or damage to belongings.

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, AMPLA and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can AMPLA and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the event or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the event. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

If this is your first time registering for the AMPLA Lunch and Learn Series, you will need to create a new account. If you have forgotten your password, there is the option to reset this. If you continue to have problems signing in, please contact us on +61 2 9368 1200.

The late registration fee is charged for all registrations received within ten (10) working days to the start of the event.

Once your registration is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are officially registered. Attached to this email will be your tax invoice and receipt as proof of payment.

Registrations for each session within the Lunch and Learn Series will be open until the session begins, allowing you to register at your convenience.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

The online registration form requires full payment at the time of registration. If you require a tax invoice, please complete the manual registration form or contact the Conference Manager prior to completing the form.

No, all payments must be received prior to the event commencing.

All cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference  Manager. All cancellations will be proceed in line with the AMPLA Lunch and Learn Series cancellation policy.

Organisations who hold a corporate account with AMPLA can access any of the corporate packages. The primary contact (or a nominated representative) is responsible for arranging the purchase of packages.
